This is a lovely gold plated Museum Reproduction from a design based on antiquities from the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
The necklace is done in a bright gold, the plating is probably 18K, as it has that color and quality and is marked "MMA USA” on the back. Its is in very good condition with no wear to the gold plating, scratches, dents, cracks, or scuffs.
The design is quite lovely, and the quality is classic Metropolitan Museum of Art.
