This is a Bell Trading Post Navajo Turquoise Ring
Size 5 1/2
(I could hammer the band of this ring to make it 1 to 1 1/2 sizes bigger)
Signed Sterling, this is Native American Vintage, most likely the 1970’s. The Bell Trading Post was founded in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1935 by Jack Michelson and his wife Mildred. They sold Native American Indian jewelry at various tourist locations in the southwestern United States until the late 1980s. This ring has the Bell Trading Post signpost mark and the word sterling. The elongated turquoise stone has a serrated bezel surrounded by curved wire and raindrops. The turquoise stone is a beautiful blue. The shank is cold chisel split. The width is 3/4 inch.
